Right, so first off, apologies for the brief silence on here. Even though the updates haven’t been coming like they should, the stories are still rolling in. Just one more story, and we hit the unprecedented mark of 20 stories for the year 2023!
Yes indeed!! We’ve been super active this year, and we couldn’t be happier. Talk about making up for lost time!
So we’re definitely gonna get there this month, and as usual, this post is to simply hint you about what’s coming up. So Kay Parker is back with his usual dose of madness (he’s unleashed a lot on us this year, hasn’t he?), and a certain newbie who’s his twin! That’s right, September announces the arrival of Jay Parker.
So basically, issa Parker month over here at the State.
As to what they have lined up for us, let’s find out…
THE COCOON NEVER FORGETS
Mina has her heart set on revenge for the injustices in her childhood. But is she ready for the actual truth that awaits her?
As you can tell from the cover art, this is Kay’s handiwork, so expect some serious madness to be unleashed on you! And you can also tell from the art that whoever this Mina lady is, she’s super angry about those injustices and wants some major payback. If you’ve followed the stories on here, then you know that we’ve had a few stories centered around revenge, and they had varying degrees of success or failure. The question is, where will Mina’s quest fall?
Well, those questions will be answered on the 10th, so get ready!! Kay’s got another treat for us!!

Erasmus joins a new church where all seems good and rosy. But as events begin to unravel, he learns that not everything that glitters is gold…
So, this is set to be quite a thriller. We might have witnessed Sly’s experience in ‘You Know What To Do’, but I have a feeling Jay is gonna hit it out of the park with this one. Does he have the same level of madness his twin possesses? I guess we’ll find out once it’s released.
And there you have it! Those are going to be the 20th and 21st stories of 2023! In October, we’ll have the 22nd and final new release of the year before we end it with continuations of some of the multi-series we started. So if you’re wondering what happens with Akushika in ‘Miss Acolatse’, how the Sowutuom Circuit Court is faring in ‘Coram’ or how the showdown between Rev. David and Mr. Wakefield goes in ‘What’s Your Price?’, do not fear, you’ll get some answers before 2023 ends.
And yeah, expect quite a lot of reviews at the end of the year. With all the work we put in, we’re gonna have quite the lists to prepare…
